The line on this site is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. Damage does not keep business hours and neither does the phone.
No charge for the call or the connection
There is nothing to pay here. No sign-up, no fee for the introduction, no charge if you decide not to go ahead at all.
Licensed, insured and nearby
Every contractor on the other end of this line is independent, carries the license California requires for this work, and serves Torrance and the towns around it. Ask to see both the license and the insurance certificate.
One call fixes a bad match
You are not stuck with the first name you are given. Call back, say it was not a fit, and ask for another. That is what the line is for.
Where these commitments stop
This service does not stand behind the work, and it would be dishonest to suggest otherwise. The contractors are independent businesses; the quality of the job, and any guarantee on it, come from the contractor you hire.
